The careful selection and analysis ensuring the minimised contamination finished products, by checking Heavy metals, Pesticides and other occasional contaminants.
Processing
To obtain possibly the highest rate of active ingredients extracted, the herbs are subject to particle size reduction, of different means, opening up the cell structures before extraction.

Maceration, Separation, Filtering makes the primary extract fragrant and clean. We put great care on using possibly the low temperature, low heat load or mechanical processes to preserve active constituents, of decomposition or oxidation.
Packaging
We know how important the packaging is, to maintain sterility and long shelf life.
Control & Certification
The IPC follows the production, finished with the release for supply and resulting in a COA. Our QC system proved its robustness throughout the years, by supplying our partners with good and stable quality products.

Production
Depending on the type of drug and the character of the extract the crude plant material is extracted by maceration or freshly pressed plant juice. The extraction equipment allows to use a wide range of solvents (Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropanol, Aceton, Etylacetat, Water, or the mixtures of these).

Uniplanta Ltd. follows the main international Pharmacopoeias. Accurate IPC is applied to each step of the production process, from raw material to the finished product.
Using up to date extraction-, evaporation-, and drying-techniques that provideses careful production conditions, resulting in high quality finished product, to meet the standards set by our clients and naturally by ourselves as well. The supply of suitable crude plant material is secured by controlled plant cultivation. If available we use BIO certified raw materials for production, to achieve a more cleaner and healthier product.
